Goods collection and logistics
We can arrange the collection of units from one or more manufacturers or suppliers and transport them to our facility through our global logistics service, ensuring all elements arrive safely and are ready for the project commencement date.

Pack verifcation
Hands on assembly is carried out in line with the brief, with counts, exceptions and presentation quality monitored and controlled throughout.

Dispatch
Finished packs can be stored, fulfilled directly to customers, shipped into retail chains, or distributed globally through our logistics network.
Real Contract Packing Work.
A major UK high street retailer required 100,000 tester units to be removed from retail packaging, barcoded, labelled as testers, and repacked into their original retail packaging over an ongoing four-month project. We delivered this across a range of complex SKUs with detailed labelling requirements. Consistency and accuracy were critical to achieving the desired outcome.
A US brand required 15,000 units to be bundled into sellable packs for Amazon FBA UK and delivered ahead of Amazon Prime. We received the stock and completed the work within a very tight timeframe, securing one of the final Amazon appointment slots on the Saturday before Prime at 3am. The goods were then delivered directly to Amazon on schedule by our direct to Amazon service.
We produced 50,000 decontamination packs for the UK Fire and Rescue Service as part of a PPE requirements project, creating bundled bag sets for distribution across the UK. Each bag was folded in line with strict specifications, and every pack required multiple components to be included accurately and consistently.
A major UK supermarket chain required 150,000 units to be relabelled within a 9 day timeframe. Blue30 coordinated the collection of two ISO containers and arranged delivery to our facility for processing. The project was completed on time, within a tight schedule, and in full accordance with the client’s requirements.
