01. Goods In & Inventory Booking
From the moment your stock arrives at our secure facility, we systematically unload, inspect, scan, and log each item into our internal systems. We capture all key data, including batch numbers and best before dates, ensuring full traceability and operational accuracy. This allows us to prepare your products for dispatch immediately upon receipt of your first order.
02. Complete Warehousing Soultions
Once the unloading and bookin in process is complete, your stock is stored securely within our fulfilment warehouse. As orders are processed and stock levels change, our team carefully oversees replenishment and stock rotation to maintain product quality and consistency. Batch numbers and expiry dates are continuously monitored and managed using a first expiry, first out approach where required. This ensures your customers receive products in optimal condition while giving you complete confidence in your inventory management and fulfilment operations.
03. Pick and Packing
Once an order is received, our warehouse team is automatically notified through our warehouse management system. Products are scanned in and out of their designated pick locations, ensuring complete inventory accuracy and traceability. As soon as an item is scanned out a location, storage charges for that unit stop immediately, providing you with transparent and cost effective fulfilment.

04. Packing with 99.9% accuracy
Once items have been picked, they are packed at our packing stations, where each order is matched with the most appropriate box, mailer, and protective packaging. Every product within the order is barcode verified before being packed, ensuring complete accuracy and reducing the risk of fulfilment errors before dispatch.
